By accessing this website, making a reservation, or staying at the property, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Use of Website
This website is provided for lawful reservation and informational purposes only. You agree not to use the site for fraudulent activity, unlawful purposes, or actions that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website or other users.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion if misuse is suspected.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not final until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.
Guests agree to provide accurate information during booking. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund.
Rental terms, house rules, cancellation policies, and occupancy limits form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required according to the booking terms displayed at the time of reservation. Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees required under Wisconsin law.
Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes may result in reservation cancellation and legal recovery of owed amounts

Guests are financially responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Assumption of Risk
Guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with staying at the property, including risks inherent to lakefront environments, outdoor recreation, stairs, docks, water access, weather conditions, and natural surroundings.
Guests are responsible for supervising children and all members of their party.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Wisconsin law:
The Company shall not be liable for personal injury, death, property damage, theft, loss, accidents, delays, or inconvenience arising from use of the property or website, except where caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company is not responsible for events outside its control, including utility outages, weather events, internet disruptions, natural disasters, or force majeure circumstances.
Guests agree that use of the property is at their own risk.
7. Indemnification
Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lantern Cove, LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and insurers from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

8. Property Technology
The property may use smart locks, exterior security cameras, Wi-Fi, or alarm systems for safety and operational purposes. No surveillance devices are installed in private interior spaces.
Guests consent to reasonable security monitoring consistent with the Privacy Policy.
9. Website Accuracy
We attempt to provide accurate website information but do not guarantee that descriptions, availability, pricing, or content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel bookings affected by pricing or technical mistakes.
10. Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for third-party booking platforms, payment processors, or external websites linked from our site. Those services operate under their own terms.
